Technical System Requirements
Last updated:
REMI School’s courses are delivered through a secure and proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is accessible online through common internet browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. A reliable internet connection capable of supporting online streaming video is required. Operating system updates and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat (PDF viewer) may be useful or required. It is your responsibility to use reliable, updated anti-virus programs ahead of downloading courses / products. REMI School is not responsible or liable for any damage caused by viruses or hazards associated with your use of the website or any external links that are linked to our websites. REMI School is happy to assist with a reasonable level of assistance with technical issues related with operating our courses – however, it is no substitute for a computer technical support company. Customers are responsible for enlisting the help of independent computer help as REMI School is not responsible for computer repairs, diagnostics, malware or virus resolution and other technical challenges (such as generally how to use your device/computer). REMI is first and foremost a school and not a technical support company. REMI School reserves the right to determine the point at which you are better served by outside technical support.
